Because every time their bad players meet a great goalie. This WC it was Portugal, last time it was Spain. Just their luck, I guess.

Cuase in order to succeed in something you have to believe in it yourself before you can make others believe in you. The British players do not believe in it themselves. The way they walk up to take a penalty is almost like they know they are going to miss it and they are already thinking about an excuse.
