No i'd under no circumstances sue a company because I received weight from ingesting there nutrients! you're able to look at it somewhat are they those putting a gun on your head and telling you to eat the nutrients? No they merely made the product and are trying to promote it and also you opt for even if you should eat it and what percentage circumstances you should eat it climate its two times an afternoon or each and every hour! No suing a eating position or company for finding out to purchase fat isn't their project yet yours reason you opt for to eat and prefer I pronounced even as and what percentage circumstances to eat it.

Yes, blame yourself for indulging in this junk, not that it's made in the first place and sold. NO ONE makes a person fat, but that person! Suing seems to be the great American pasttime and it should be a jail sentence for stupidity for anyone who would think to sue because they're grossly overweight and can't push away from the table and exercise. Such stupidity is sad and rampant. I was overweight for a time until I pushed away from the table and not once did I blame anyone for that weight problem, but myself. No one force fed me and no one is force feeding the people who get addicted to bad foods.

I agree. Fortunately, court clerks often live for the chance to drop-kick such obviously stupid people out of the courthouse, and lawsuits on such stupid matters rarely make it all the way to a trial.
And I think it'll be a while before I can eat a hamburger OR a donut now, with that awful image in mind!

I totally agree with you.
For some reason people refuse to take the blame for their own mistakes. I think in a way this must be human nature because I have never known someone who didn't do this in some way, form, or fasion. We don't want to believe it was us in the wrong so we search for someone to blame to make ourselves feel better.
You can even see this in religion where people blame god for their troubles saying its his will something is the way it is, when in fact it could just as easily be their own fault.

I think it is easier for most people to blame someone else for their problem rather than take responsibility for it. Put down the Krispy Kreme, get to a gym. That's a lot harder for most people

Our country makes me sick sometimes. Everyone wants to sue for something stupid.I am carrying extra weight as well, but that is my own stupid fault for making those choices.I don't understand why people always want to blame, blame, blame.

Good question, and wise view points, but due to the ACLU, and many other of Lucifer's Lawyers, as I call them, suing people and businesses over spilled milk has become a national pastime:(

i agree with you. most of the fast food joints have low calorie options too. why dont people eat those things instead of eating high calorie stuff and then later on blame others.
