First of all identify where the stress is coming from. Address the issue. You can go out for fresh air, take a walk, or you go to a quiet Conner or room, lie down comfortably, take a deep breath up to ten times, empty your mind. Give yourself a treat by visiting a saloon, for good manicure and pedicure, book a date with the one you love most. If all these things didn't work, now go for a holiday, change environment. all the best.
Toochi.

Run a few miles then relax in a hot bath tub and read a book. Or play computer games. Or have a drink and the hot bath tub again. Or get in a jacuzzi. Or get a massage.
