get some self-help books and read up. maybe discuss with your friends (if you have any) you will soon realize that everyone has flaws. but you also have to look at the good side of you. do you have good hair? are you smart? are you good at science? ask yourself questions until you find something you are good at. then, go that thing whenever you are feeling low.

First of all, you don't need an Internet quiz to tell you on how low your self-esteem is. You define yourself and it is up to you to define who you are as a person. Find some positive things about yourself. For example: you're good at doing make-up, you like to play basketball, whatever. If you really feel that you need to go and see a psychologist, do so if it will make you feel better. You also don't have to have a lot of friends to build up your self-esteem. Keep the old ones that you have and continue making new friends. Things will get better for you and once you have defined yourself as a person, you will feel better. Everything will work out so hang in there!

Honey quizes on the net are worse than taking them in a cosmo and then finding out you should divorce your mate. They are not realistic, mostly just for fun,Cheer up find a church group,or local charity to spend your time doing something fun and productive this might change your self esteem knowing you are helping others.Good luck,God bless:O)

We all have our moments of weakness when we feel like we are not worth it. For example me I am 5'2" at 20 years old. I am very petite. I have a real problem with my size, but then people always tell me that I am so beautiful, I have a pretty smile, I am very nuturing.
Most of the negative things you believe are just in your head, and not reality. You just have to believe that you are good enough, and you deserve the best just like anybody else.
Enjoy the rest of your day sweetpea.

because you pronounced that you've low vanity, strengthen your personality first (and that i'm no longer keeping that you've a terrible personality from the appearance of it, merely that having a strong personality should be a larger purpose than searching better). in case you want your personality and others do too, then self assurance will in person-friendly words stick with and also you may commence making what you position on look better, particularly of any opposite direction round.
