just wondering why you want to leave her. do you not love her anymore? or did you find someone else? if you did that is really rotten of you.
the only way to tell her would be to sit her down and just explain it to her. or you could be like some other men, start a fight and use that as the excuse to pack your sh*t and leave.

Just do it and get on with life. Don't string her along and keep her guessing just end it so she can move on. Give her some credit for having a brain and she will be easier to let down.
Just tell her.

be nice but dont drag it out. you go on with your life and let her go on with hers but be sure to tell her why so she knows and doesnt have to wonder what she did wrong.
