I am looking for a crochet pattern of a blanket that i did several years ago?

I am looking for a crochet pattern that i made several years ago that i have missplaced. It is made up of 12 squares, and each square has a differnt shape on it. Such as 1 heart,2 bells, 3 stars, 4 gingerbread, and so on so it is for someone young to help with counting and shapes. Does any one know where I can look to get another copy of the pattern, I would like to make it again, for someone else. Any suggestions would be great
