Not unless it is a stipulation of your agreement that you must not sleep together. We are only human and if your seperation is causing you pain and anxiety, it is only natural that you would reach out to someone for some comfort. It would probably be better if it wasn't your spouse but sometimes for some people, there may be no-one else to turn to.
Don't beat yourself up over, just try your best not to let it happen again! Best of luck!

I don't know that it negates the separation agreement. It really depends on if you came onto them or they came on to you. If both partners still want to sleep together and have an intimate relationship, then there is a possibility that the separation isn't right. If both partners feel it's okay to do this, then maybe a separation isn't necessary, because they honestly still feel for each other. I wouldn't suggest sleeping together if you want a separation, because, well it makes you seem stupid. And that's the honest answer.

It all depends on the actualy guide lines of the agreement if the agreement doesnt say anything about sex then you can do it all you want. Good Luck on a possibility of making it work cause it sounds like maybe there is a chance. Sex can be an agreement of some resolution for alot of things.

What would make you happy? Do you want us to say YES or NO
Whatever you still storngly wish and what both of you want would happen. All the best
Ask your own inner self and go by that.
What stage is the agreement.

The smarter question is if you are sleeping together again, do you still want the agreement to be there? Work it out, there is still a spark!

I would think that comes under the heading of don't ask, don't tell.
It will effect the agreement, but only if you tell the judge.
