maybe the you can find some in the library, that were i was when i was in school looking for a quite place to study. with today studying most people use the Internet. Find a subject that you are trying to study and create a chat room for others. Also you could ask some of the teachers and see if anyone has a study group going on. Most teachers have them for students that like to do that. if they do not get active and get with a teacher and create one and you can meet with students that like to study that way.

How about sports groups, or explore a hobby like painting, horseback riding, any swim clubs to join for the summer? There are a ton of community-based programs for kids your age. Boys/Girls Clubs, or the YMCA is a perfect place to meet kids. Ask your parents to help you find a new place too....I'm sure they will be helpful...or you could make suggestions to them as well.
