Here's a question you should ask yourself. Are you still together (in love) because of how you felt when u first met or do you love the person he has become. We all change. A quote..."A couple should live together as do the trees in the forest - side by side, growing together.....BUT, if one tree grows and overshadows the other, that one will wither and die". It applied to me. I stayed to long. Now I have to find myself all over again - all the while questioning my choices I have made along the way. Good luck.

When you find yourself doubting that old excitement that you may have had a the beginning of the relationship. You look at that person, and they don't appeal to you in the same romantic way. There maybe some characteristics about them that you are now aware of, that you had no knowledge of before you became intimately involved with them...that don't necessarily agree with your philosophy in life.

You wish they were dead. When them being dead is the only solution you can come up with. For example... What do I buy them for their birthday...nothing I wish they were dead. None of the birthday cards say "Happy Birthday, I wish you were dead." So you can't even BUY a card becase that is the only sentiment you want to express.
