Observing leaders that you have been around- what would be 3 qualities that stand out in them?

Someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and lead by example. The harder I see them working, the more it makes me want to work hard for them.
A good listener. Someone who not only asks for the opinions and viewpoints of others, but who will validate those viewpoints by pionting out their validity or value, even if they choose not to follow the advise or input. Someone who sincerely listens to others makes them feel important.
Trust! the ability to confide in that leader without worry that it will reach anyone else's ears.

Leadership. They must be more than a signpost pointing the way but taking us in that direction.

Courage to do the things that need to be done and the courage not to do other things for the sake of image.

Integrity. Personal morality is always big with me.

You are talking about qualities in them?i dont like todays any of the leader but i liked sardar vallabbhai patel.All have been corrupted .Only money and money...
