I am into porn and it sucks bcoz of that i cant concentrate on my job.I am a talented guy but this thing always waste my time and deteriorating my character.

The best way to stop is to stop putting you self in any situation that's gonna make you horny (You know what I'm talking about) Or if your really good just a really couple horny Girl friends and by the time you know it you Will for get all about touching your self
and all you will ever have time for is work, School or Sleep but you have to use your imagination
