No, that would be too demeaning to their masculinity; however, you may have hit on an idea for an invention for an untapped market to create a spandex undershirt that would look masculine, yet provide support to keep those puppies from bouncing around and therefore, making for an overall better silhouette for the man!

well, if they feel unfomfortable with the size, then maybe it would be a good idea to support and flatten them with something tight fitting. If you are really concerned, try putting the celulite lotions on them to decrease fat before turning to surgery.
A good brand of these are the loreal celulite lotions/ hope that helps!

Good question, I think thats a personal choice, and if you decide to, get a sports type one or a really supportive undershirt.
