A guy who wants to make me happy and who will go out of his way to do so sometimes. Although he should also have a backbone and stand up for himself sometimes. A guy who can be protective but not psychotic and jealous. Someone who respects me and takes into consideration what my ideas and feelings are. A guy who understands and loves me for me (the good me and and the bad me).

A guy who cares about others, but isn't afraid to stand up to them when hurting other people. A guy who will defend a woman, no matter who she is, the science geek, the book worm, the head cheerleader. And not care about who he's with if they are the perfect one for HIM.A guy who doesn't care wut others think of him makes a true man, and a perfect man for me.

My basic criteria are : Has a job, doesn't live with his parents and is taller than me. After that we look at personal hygiene, good teeth and sense of humor. If at this point he isn't a liar, pimp or druggie, then he might be a pretty good catch.

He only has to have the 3Gs - Good Heart, Good Mind and Good Soul. Those are the only things that matter. If he happens to be good looking, then that's just some kind of bonus. :)

I like guys who are smart, funny, not too shy, care about you, and can tell you the truth(at least once in a while) :)
