First quit smoking. The typical federal guideline for Probation and Parole is 50 Nanograms per. That means if you've smoked in the last week or two it is gonna show. 30 days is a long shot but not unheard of. Lots of water and green tea. If you use gold seal it will show up a lot of whatever the active ingredient is and skew the test . I've had clients get clean with a regiment of working/sweating.out and lots of water---gallon or two a day. Clean in 4 to 5 days. If you have a low BMI then you will do better.

They sell a lot of detox agents at your local head shop. I have no idea if they work. I had several friends in high school that swore by them. I don't smoke pot and the best advice I can give you is to stop smoking. It also depends on how long and how much you have been smoking and how big a person is because THC is stored in your fat cells. So if you are a big guy that smokes three j's a day then you are pretty much screwed. save your money on the detox and deal with the consequences because you are going to fail it.

I'm also subject to random drug tests because of my job, so guess what - I don't use it!!!
Stop using it, and then there's no worry. Also, count on a month for it to get out of your system. One guy at work went on vacation, smoked some, and then came back 2 weeks later and got tested. He almost got fired. He had to sign some kind of agreement to let them test him all the time now.

i know that drinking a lot of water and keeping a gap of atleast 6 or maybe lesser hrs depending on the consumption and frequent urination can sometimes help u in case of cocain it might work here too!
