i feel fine was maybe the first, but if your into that, pete townsend did an entire song using nothing but feedback called aminea in the sky off of the who sellout album

(There was a group called The Monks but The Yardbirds were using it earlier on "Shapes Of Things" & "Over Under Sideways Down.") Joe is right, however, regarding "I Feel Fine" and John Lennon's opening riff. It's likely the best known.
