There is still compassion in the world, but maybe it's not so noticeable now. Perhaps it's because of what they call compassion fatigue which is caused by us hearing about so much tragedy through TV and news networks, that we feel overwhelmed and shut it out. Better to just concentrate on the things that we can help to change rather than to know about everything.

Compassion is having pity on you because you need help.
Karma is the notion that this will not help you because you won't learn what you need to if I help you.
I am a compassionate person or else I wouldn't be telling you this.

You ased what happened to compassion?? It is clear to me that a mixture of selfishness and karma is choking compassion out of society.

There was never universal compassion in the world, except for back in the days when humans were simple animals (Adam and Eve if you are Christian)
Blame it on the weatherman. The rain goes on. On. And on again. (Sorry I had to say that cuz I like that song!)

you're searching at it from in straight forward words your attitude and this is unnecessary to get mad at how others act because this is purely how they're. there is not any replacing it. because this is unchangeable then there is genuinely no reason to be stricken. Love is the position you least assume. And your definition of love likely would not experience mine or everybody else's for that remember. each individual is diverse and in case you requested each what love became there would not be a consensus. purely be conscious and administration your own recommendations and probably you'll deliver love into somebody else's existence. it really is enthusiastic about my section for sure. :) Cheer up. EDIT: I forgot to teach Chivalry is lifeless.

It is out there stronger then it has ever been. You just have to be able to see it. It is with the truck driver who did not honk at me as I daydreamed through a green light.
It is with the starting left tackle at the local high school who was hit with a cheap shot from the linebacker. The tackle got up, held his hand out and helped the linebacker up.
It is with my 5 year old niece who saw I did not get any dessert last week, so she split hers with me.
It is with my boss who came back from his vacation to work for me when my wife died.
Compassion, it is out there, and it is wonderful. You just have to appriciate it when you see it.

It is still alive and well.
(In spite of Buzz'z terror of karma!)
There are examples of true compassion all around us every day. Just be aware and you will see it.
