I've tried searches... I've tried to find out on the Dogde site,(that site SINKS btw - they just push buying a new vehicle...) and I've also tried "used vehicle" sites... I just haven't been able to find out anything useful - so here I am. :) I just need to know how much gas they burn. (MPG) Thanks again! I really appreciate all of your imput. :)

Fill up the tank, take for a spin, maybe 100miles,fill up the tank again and take note of the amount,miles divide by gallons will give you the answer. Don't ever trust what the manufacturer tells you the mileage for gallon is; they are using a test that haven't being updated for the last 30 years and under controled conditions, a far cry from what you find on the real road or in that traffic on I95, and for that dodge caravan should be around17m/g depending on size of engine and the load (people inside)

There were 4 engine options in a 1989 Caravan / Grand Caravan. The 2.5L(four cylinder) came in both a turbo and non turbo version, and they also offered a 3.0L and 3.3L (V6).
Depending on the type of driving, your driving style and the engine that you have, the Caravan would get 20-25 MPG.
