garage clearance is 6 feet 8 inches just want to make sure I will fit in z71 model (2005)

2WD 76.9 = 6' 6.9"
4x4 76.9 = 6' 6.9"
Width 79.0
This is standard from the factory with no modifications.

It should JUST fit in that. My boyfriends family bought one for his mother and her parkign garage at work is 6', it doesnt fit in there there's about 6" at least of vehicle that wont get in.
Your odds would be best if you measured the truck, or got the dimension specs on it.

provided you haven't used oversized tires and a lift kit, if will go easy.
