His face wasn't shown in the series, but in the episode where Naruto, Sakura, and Sasuke wants to take off his mask, the owner of the Ichiraku Ramen and his daughter saw his face, by the looks of their faces, Kakashi seemed to be handsome.

His face was not yet seen in the show but there as some pictures of him showing his face in some website. I don't know if it's his real look but it suits him very well. If you want to know just search anywhere but I think there is a picture of him in http://www.theotaku.com/.

it has not yet been revealed what his face lookes like. We do, however, know that he is extremely good looking, due to the fact that the people at the ichiraku ramen shop, who saw he's face, both had hearts in their eyes ( even the old man!)
