I typed in header on the first page. How do you copy it so it shows on all 90 pages?

Repeated table headings are visible only in print layout view or when you print the document.

Select the heading row or rows. The selection must include the first row of the table.

On the Table menu, click Heading Rows Repeat.
Microsoft Word automatically repeats table headings on new pages that result from automatic page breaks. Word does not repeat a heading if you insert a manual page break within a table.

Copy the header that you already typed into memory. (Highlight it then press CTRL + C.)

Click "View" on the menu, then click "Header and Footer".

By default the focus will be on the header.

Press CTRL + V.

Double click the main body of your word document to make edits to your document. Remove the header you typed onto the main page. To access the header to make changes, double click text in that section of the page.

Go to View on the top menu, then Header and Footer. You'll have some header and footer options to play with.
