Now I can't get rid of it...right click delete shows a screen that another program is using it? Went into add/remove programs and it doesn't show up?
Guess I did something wrong when the download questions were asked? Do you want to save or run? I pushed run? Wrong choice?
I want to get rid of it and start over properly.
Please help + thanks

okay -- I got off the web and then I could delete it.
Please what steps should I take to download it? There are a few questions at the beginning of the download + I'm not sure how to answer>Thank you

to do that delet yahoo messanger go to start and run type in yahoo messanger and it will do a search or u can go to my computer and look in progarm files and u will see a program file with yahoo ... on it delet that and then get rid of all your cookies and temp files and empty recyle bin or do u have a fire wall?? dis able that for few seconds and try to down load the messanger again that should work....

go to your documents or whever you saved yahoo messenger and click on the install thing, and the setup will begin. sometimes its normal for things like this to happen, so annyoin!

Restart the computer, if you can restart it in safe mode, then delete the file.

delete it and then download again.should help
