Almost every town has a stamp and coin dealer, or there is one not far from you.

Stamp collecting is called "philately," and specialists or serious collectors, "philatelists." You can use those words for online searches.

There are also wonderful books that tell about your stamps, and their "standard catalog" values. Because I do not know where you are, I cannot give a specific book name, but you can visit www.amazon.com, and use the country name for the stamps along with the key words, stamp catalog.

Stamp collecting can be lots of fun, and sometimes also make you some money. Most collectors do not ever really assemble sets worth a lot, except for the pleasure it gives them.

Good luck.
