I'm expecting for germany and brazil to be in the final, and that would be a great moment of World Cup. In the semis, i expected German,England,Italy and Brazil.

any of these teams could go out at some stage, it is unfortunate that ARGENTINA, ENGLAND & most notably BRAZIL of all teams crash out in the quarter-final. ITALY were fortunate to be in the semi-finals as they got the easier route among all the semi-finalist. but the semi-final line-up is not too bad at all.
GERMANY v ITALY rekindles the memories of past great matches such as 1970 World Cup semi-finals & 1982 World Cup final. And who can forget the most controversial 2000 European Championship semi-final between FRANCE v PORTUGAL which FRANCE won thru a golden goal via penalty.
let's hope that the semi-final matches do produce some exciting moments & excitement.

hello.. what r u talking abt??? brazil is out of the world cup. it lost to france by 1-0 in the quarter final just yesterday..
so now we have germany, france, portugal and italy in the semifinals.. and i think that germany will definitely reach the finals along with france or portugal... after that who knows??? coz nobody expected england or brazil to be out!!!

No, these results are definitely unexpected. I didn't expect Germany to beat Argentina. How did Brazil lose to France? But I did expect Portugal to beat England...

For me, I predicted Brazil, Netherlands, Argentina and Germany. netherlands was super disappointing, so was Argentina( though i strongly believe that the referee was bribed), brazil(sigh) out of question. And France did surprising well this time. And its not lucky ****. All I can say that is France is back.

every time in the world cup there is unacpected result, last time france was out in the first round, own brazil is out in quter-final.
