Because they were never taught as a child, how to be polite, tactful, or kind. I am sure when they were rude, crude and vulgar, they got laughs...so they never grew up. Instead they waste our time with the stupidity. I know it is very annoy... glad to see that there is someone else that hates this too!

Yeah your responses so far are true to the point, couldn't have summed it up betta, but I am drunk and thankful for your reply, tequila sunrise b-( str8 tequila betta :)) but always good to be polite idk just be cool. Being vulgar and crap is pretty gay

because most of those people are kids, and they think it's funny..they're usually online with a friend or friends, and they think it's hilarious to act like punks.
