the best way is talking to someone and getting to know them thats where it has to start are u wont know how it is to have a friend and u will know if their a firend cause a friend listen to what u have to say and never thinks its stupid

going up to sumone and introducing urself and then making friends....but dont just do it to anyone do it to sumone that needs loving and btw u dont need to have bestfriends i have none big deal its not the end of the world but do u have friends thats the question we should be asking

There is no proper way or some process to make Friends,Friends you dint need to make they come to your life there self in natural way.
