Will Spider-man 3 be as good as the others ?

I would love for them to pull this off but there is just too much storyline in this one. Here are things they are putting in the movie that will take up too much time and all be crammed together

3 bad guys: Venom, Sandman, and Harry as Green Goblin. There is rumors of a possible appearance of a 4th, possible Dr. Connors as Lizard or even Carnage. Having 3, if not 4 bad guys is tricky to do.

Harry's storyline with trying to avenge his father and carry on his motives as the Green Goblin. Harry will be conflicted and try and ruin Parker all while struggling with himself.

The Symbiote. They have to explain what it is, how it came to find Parker from the moon and how it affects him and his adrenilne that is fed from him. They also have to explain the whole Venom suit angle which can take off a number of ways. My guess is they wont do much to explain Venom which is a shame because his story could be a movie in it's own right.

The love triangle. Peter Parker/Mary Jane/Gwen Stacey. They are going to work in these love angles, and I think Harry will be thrown into the mix and try and go after Mary Jane. Too much love and emotion might kill this film the way the romance killed Superman Returns.

Sandman's back story. They probably wont touch on his true identity, William Baker. Instead they will only identify his alias as Flynt Marco. Not to mention his story about being blasted with Radiation at the beach that caused him to develop his power as Sandman. Maybe they will work in the newer story of him being bit by Venom and losing his powers leading to a final showdown with Spiderman. That might work, especially since Flynt Marco's mom has been cast in the movie and he requests Spiderman to give her a goodbye for him after their showdown. That could be an interesting way to play off Sandman/Venom/Spiderman

Not to mention two characeter supposidly die. I have my guesses of it being Harry and Aunt May, but they could kill Gwen Stacy off since they did that in the comics.

Also, there is one interesing rumour of Doc. Ock making an appearance. You never actually know if he is dead or not, and in this day and age that leads to cameo's and suprising returns.

I guess thats it. There is a lot of things they can do and story to go over in this one with all the new characters. Oh yeah, this movie will have FLash Thompson in it too, so who knows what role he will have. I just think this is too much to fit into one movie and will be crammed and will cause it to be not very indepth on important things. They are trying to please to many people by doing many story angles and characters at once. What happened to the good old days with one love interest and one bad guy and great story?

I was very disappointed by Spidey 2 it had a great story but the directing seemed really patchy, and it felt rushed.

But spidey 3 has venom and sandman as the villains so it has a good chance at being a great film.
