You are a human being my love, because you are alive and of flesh at the moment. Live a good life and act like an angel (which is what I assume you meant instead of being an angle) and perhaps someday you shall indeed be lucky enough to be an angel.
Now, if you meant why are you a human being instead of being an angle I'd say it is because most human beings have roundness and curves and all angles are straight with edges.

Because God created everyone equal, so why would he make specifiacally you an angel if there are people out there the same as you? I'm not saying your not special, but if you were picked to be an angel, every one else would want to, and there would be no purpouse for Earth. Plus, I think only residents of heaven who had a pretty good life on Earth are made into angels. Or maybe God had a set of never-changing angels from the beginning of time. I'm not sure.

Why are you not an 'angel?'
Angels are a different species of being than humans. Human do not become angels (except in a very broad usage of the term to describe someone who is exceptionally good).
Angels were created before Man and are spiritual creatures of pure energy with intelligence and free will. They were created in different choirs or ranks, Angel being the 'lowest' rank and Seraphim the highest.
Interestingly enough, Lucifer (the fallen angel) was probably a Principality (a very high rank); Gabriel, who threw him out of Heaven was an Archangel (next up in rank from the Angel).
Those who have seen angels describe them as majestic creatures seven to nine feet tall.

We are all human beings, but an angle is a whole different type of thing, for example an obtuse angle.
Angles come in degrees, the temperature comes in degrees, slopes come in degrees, many things come in degrees; but we are human beings, we belong to a whole different category of reality.
Every human being is virtually complete (from conception to death), with a full set of rights and benefits, and fully deserving of respect; though not all are treated as such.

You can be angel by doing good to other,never harm anybody,even a small insect.But it is not possible in this world.You see ,for example we kill mosquitoes,trample ants when we walk.Like this there are so many things we do knowingly or unknowingly. This is in a sense, we murder in gods point of view, for which we have to answer to him when we die and our soul meet him.So human being can't become angel.
