i have yahoo and dont think any thing could go any faster.that we have avalible at this time.

They are all about the same speed...
I don't see why a few milliseconds would make a difference
You can use a program called Trillian
It has MSN, Yahoo, AIM, ICQ, and IRC all in 1 program

get trillian and then you can connect to AIM YAHOO ICQ MSN IRC all at once its not free its a 25 dollar lifetime program but its worth it I use it all the time and if you have more then one yahoo or aim name yopu can connect all of them at once
they have a free version to not as many features though but you can still connect to all of them

It depends on where you are at, your bandwidth, and your computer. Personally I feel it is Yahoo
