Tinnitus is related to the circulation of blood in your brain. A good alternative medical option is to use the herb called ginkgo. The ginkgo tree is the oldest living thing on the planet -- sometimes living thousands of years. Its extract helps the elderly in particular -- it increases your memory as well as eases symptoms of tinnitus.

Tinnitus can be caused as a side effect from some medications, particularly aspirin. If you are taking any medications I would suggest checking into potential side effects of each. Your local Pharmacist should provide you with written information about any prescriptions you are taking.

It's horrible & irritating! There is no escape from the noise. Have you been taking any medication? You may need to cut back (ex. if you take a lot of aspirin, you will get tinnitus). As far as I know, you usually have to wait it out. How long have you experienced this? Have you been exposed to any loud noises or anything that might've damaged your ears?

What ?... I , too, have ringing in the ears after years of guitar and industrial jobs. Always wear hearing protection. It will probably never get better, but, you can prevent it from getting worse
