First love is a sweet as spring
It makes you giggle - a silly old thing.
Your heart feels fluttery - your stomach all jumpy
You shiver and shake - skin gets all bumpy.
Your mind is a jumble
Your body - not your own
You yearn to hear their voice
On the telephone.
Walking around with a smile that's big as can be
Always thinking of her or of he.
But grasp and enjoy it because first love doesn't last
But take it from me - it sure is a blast!

My first REAL love was with my best friend. When we kissed I saw "sky-rockets" and it was the best feeling I had ever had. And the strangest since it happened to be my "best buddy". I wouldn't trade it for all the money in the world. A lot of those "little memories" gets me through hard times now that I'm older. I just hope it still puts a smile on his face, too.

My first love....long gone. Now we are just good friends and don't carry that anymore. So I guess it's true, First Love really never do last.

most people think first love is crap, but if that's true, would it be considered love? i personally am still in love with my first love and we are still in a strong relationship.

my first love was an eye opening experience. i had never met someone so controlling...who lied..and cheated on me,and then thought it was no big deal.they say that you never forget your first love.....well that's just not true.i had to in order to move on with my life.

While it may seem real at the time , it is not always the case-especially in youth . Maturity simply has not fully formed in reference to teenage" romance" .

my first love still hurts. i am still in love with that one special person but he doesn't care.
i've seen in many cases that first love doesn't linger.its meant to be broken.
