Please help as this is getting old, what keeps deleting my WebPower ADSL Modem Program from my computer?

I keep reinstalling ADSL WebPower Modem Program for my internet connection and after about 10 or 15 minutes it up and disappears from My Network Connections folder and I have to start all over again. It seems like something is deleting it. I have Symantec AntiVirus and Windows Defender on my computer, but that is about all that I can think of.

Are you sure you are installing it? It does not sound as if you are installing it.I am unaware of anything that will delete programs other than a virus.
