When the cup was in it's first days everyone thought argentinian guys are champion but now they are out.You agree with me or not?

I don't. There is no way they are going to beat Italy. And if they do, France will beat them. Of the four team left, they are the worst. And field advantage is a mith. A fan never scored a goal.

Yes, you are right and please write it in sand; Germany is going to win the world cup 2006.
I was a fan of Brazil and my second choice was Argentina. In Europe I loved Germany and second choice is Italy. So now I would be hooting for Germany.
Yesterday the French played superb game and deserved the victory over Brazil. Congrats to the French team members.

I totally agree with you! Argentina are a great team and if Germany can defeat them then there is a huge chance they can actually win the world cup.

Agree, only if they maintain their angst and team spirit which I observed throughout their matches.
And also because Brasil is out of the tournament... Not to belittle the other teams - I do not have top favourites for the remaining teams! Germany does look the strongest among them.

The Germans tied with Argentina and went to penalties. Even with all the crappy substitutions Pekerman made and all those bad tactical mistakes, Germany couldn't beat Argentina until they hurt our goalie. Do you really think they're not going to struggle later on?

i sorta agree w/ you. yes, germany's the new favourite to win the tournament after defeating argentina but i don't think you can automatically rule out their match against italy. italy's a strong team and the match is gonna be a close one. nevertheless, go germany! =)
