I think it's all in your head. Like all of these superstitions it's all psychological. However, I wouldn't go about breaking mirrors. Mirrors are expensive and you get spiky glass all over place and can wind up cutting yourself. If you think you have bad luck from the incident two years ago, it means you are obsessing about it way too much and/or feel guilty about it. If you feel guilty about it, apologize to whoever owned the mirror and if it was you, apologize to yourself. And take a few deep breaths and tell yourself, "My life is good. My life is good." This is called affirmations. Trust me, they really work. Give it a shot.

People who blame anyone (or anything, in your case) else but themselves for the bad things that happen to them are often just kidding themselves. It's a growing trend in the US, and the fact that you actually think your poor decision making is due to breaking (not braking- that would be stopping a mirror) a mirror shows just how deep the trend really goes. Take some responsibility for yourself and stop blaming your problems on inanimate objects. Sheesh.

I have the answer to your problem. It appears that you are somewhat superstitious. you aren't going to believe this but it works. Pick out your most used or favorite mirror in the house, take it to a hard floor in the house and break it intentionally. yes this will work . you broke a mirror by accident so to undo what you've done you have to brake one on purpose. This will put balance back into your life. its that easy...

At a Jewish wedding the groom has to break a glass w/his foot. If he misses it's seven yrs. bad luck. HE MISSED! Talk about bad luck....he became a liar, cheater and he physically abused me (I'm talking broken bones). Was it "bad luck caused by him"...I don't think so. Life has it's ups & downs. Unfortunatly, my downs lasted 13yrs. But, I'm divorced and happy now.......even though there still are down times (no mirrors involved). Happiness and good fortune are yours for the taking, but you have to look hard for it and work it.

I've broken 3 mirros in my life, and personnally things are going great. I think that subconsciously the fact that you think breaking a mirror gives you bad luck is what's giving you trouble. Try thinking posotively.

By making good choices, you are making your own good luck. Breaking a mirror is only bad luck if you have to clean up the broken pieces. :-)

In Hindu myths and belief you should not look in a broken mirror or keep it in your house..it brings bad luck....
but if you can break a glass it brings good luck though.
