i have 69% free space left and i want to get more space

Go to My Computer and right click your "c" drive and click on "property". Click on "Disk Cleanup" once it find all the unnecessary file you do not need then click OK.
Or you can go to "Control Panel" and click on "Add/Remove files" and remove any program that you do not used at all. It should tell you how often you use it. Click on the program you do not used or need then click "remove."
You can also go to start click on "search" and click on "file/folder" then type in "Cookies" and delete the unnecessary cookies.
I'm having to do this every time I get in as it make my computer slow.

go to start --all programs--accessories,--defragment.-do a defrag.
