Hello,
What work for my friend was using a body wash called Tone. You can buy it as a bar of soap of the liquid body wash. She has 3 kids and this helped her stretch marks out a great deal.

There is nothing that is going to make your stretch marks go away. You would have to have surgery and that is quite costly.
The cocoa butter/vitamin E/ etc will not take them away.
One suggestion is to get microdermabrasion on them. It will help diminish them, but will not take them away. You would need to go to a dermatologist or Esthetician for this. I do not recommend the home "microderm" products. They are nothing but battery operated face brushes.
TRUE microderm is also expensive.
good luck,
