Obviously I thought of this because the military scouters will want my sons to join but I really need the opinion of someone who would be more honest than a scouter. Well if I knew how I would make extra money doing that!

The branch where they would be least likely exposed to direct combat would be the air force. If they are interested in military service that would be the "safest" way to go. But remember, the primary purpose of the military is train for and fight in combat operations. If your sons don't accept this possibility, then they should not join.

Well it is definitely not NOW! There is a war going on and serious threats of more to come. A small dose of common sense would go a long way.
