As i have said I got the money but I have no credit card so I can't buy it on-line. So ppl living in a country such as mine with money but no credit card can't buy nottin' ? Please help me out I really need that PDA, and I heard that there is a possibility of bank/money order

yes, absolutely you can send a money order and it can be shipped to you.

Most mail order companies prefer that the customer use a credit card because it is more secure for both the company and the customer. However I would think that the majority of them would allow you to send them a money order. A sale is a sale after all.

If you can find out their account details, sort code etc, you should be able to do an inter-account transfer.
You need to call your bank to do this.
