use a steal pipe , weld on a handle so it looks like a gun. cap off back end , drill hole in end for a fuse , pack with black powder(gun powder) , then stuff with steal ball bearings , lite fuse and aim at target then *((%$@#^^&*&*#%)

In order to make said firearm, the first thing necessary to do is create the propellant which will be used in the gun for "firing". The process for this is rather easy. In your basement mix equal parts each of ammonium nitrate (available at any Wal-Mart or garden store) and diesel fuel, which you should be able to find at most gas stations.

Very dangerous thing to undertake. You have come to the attention of your local anti-terrorist organisation just by asking the question. Then you will come to their attention again when you try to purchase a propellant for your bullets. You will come to their attention when you try to obtain the percussion caps to detonate your propellant. Apart from that it's really basic engineering that any car mechanic could do.

Go to school and and learn gunsmithing before you take off on that idea.
Building firearms is not a good idea.
You are much better off buying one legally

Better buy a magnum 44 caliber at ur freindly neighbourhood firearms store. Its much safer my child.

I have no doubt that this can be done.
but i also have no doubt that you are likely to kill or maim yourself ( or others) by accident trying to get the forces right for the amount of gunpowder used.
guns are easy to use because people have been refining the way they work for HUNDREDS of years. You probably don't have the manufacturing equipment or measuring equipment to do this and make it work.

What? Are you home bound? If not, just go to your local F.B.I. or A.T.F. offices, if you want to visit with them. This will save you the whole jail thing.
