Well, i guess you could try putting curtain around the window but wait not heavy colors like dark, purple, or any other heavy colors. Try putting on something of a light curtains. Try shaking shower for 3 times a day in the morning, afternoon, and at night but only if you are too hot. I live in east side of the U.S. and it is very hot here too. but i have shades and i take showers to cool me down and have a big fan to blow the waters like the watergun put some on your face or your body then open the fan.. Whoo you gonna love it doing it. Well good luck having fun and staying cool.

1) Buy a window fan.
2) Use dark curtains.
3) Run the fan at night to blow the cool air in.
4) Turn off the fan during the day. And keep bedroom door closed.
That's what I do..

You could place a bowl of cold water in your room near the window to keep the humidity in the room and when the wind blows through the opened windows water gently blows around the room, this works well for people with Heyfever and Asthma too!

Keep the windows covered during the sunshine invasion. Hose down the outside walls after the sun is setting. Put your PJ's in the freezer if you use pj's. Put the fan in the window to suck in the cooler night air. m.

Go to b&q and buy an air conditioner for £49.99.
It's only a portable which you can add ice.
I can't get to sleep without mine.
Also dont fall asleep with any fan or conditioner on your tummy, you will get the worst tummy pain ever.
I did this and was vomiting for 2 weeks.
Good Luck

Tip you could do (requires getting wet)/a little/:
Wet yourself with water on the areas that are hot //ex. The top of the shirt or under your arms//
Set the fan to medium or high depending on how hot it is
Then while you dry off with the fan you ll even dry off the cooler way
Lol no pun intended XD

heat rises. so open the windows from the top so the hot air can escape.
the air on the ground is lower so get a bed that is very very close to the ground.
also use dark curtains, not necessarily thick but dark.

Get thicker curtains and keep them shut while the sun shines in your windows. That will work as long as you aren't in a humid enviroment.
