I don't think theres any specific time given. As far as I know, E-coli can live on any given surface for as long as it takes for someone to disinfect that surface with something.

depending up on the surface condition it generaly lives good in medium of about 9-11 pH so anddies off very fast if it goes above 7 and below 11.

Extremely long especially if they form biofilms.
like somebody else said, if you spilled a culture clean it properly.
