It would help if you get an undergrad degree in nutrition sciences. Otherwise, it is preferred but not required that the applicant have completed the following course work with a minimum grade of B: an introductory nutrition course, one year of general chemistry with lab, one year of anatomy and physiology with lab, and one year of organic/biochemistry with lab.

You will probably need at least a 3.0 GPA and a GRE score of at least 500 on each of your math and verbal sections to be a good candidate.
