Over stepping is a crime in cricket.
When the bowler does it he wont be given any type of wicket. Run out is given as it is done while fielding.When a batsman is tumped it goes in the wickets column of the bowler. So when the bowler bowls no - ball he is not rewarded with a wicket.

Yes, you can be stumped , coz it is same same like a run out, you are out of the line and the ball touches the wicket.

no u cannot be stumped off a no-ball cuz once the ball is called the play wont count

no u can't be stumped as it is a no ball n u bowler can never get a wicket in a no ball n stumping means the wicket is given to the bowler
