Reading any kind of literature will help. But you have to be willing to perservere. Don't be afraid to talk to people, either. Let them know that you might not say something correctly and ask them if that's correct. Most people will help you without ridicule.

If you are living outside an English speaking country, and have the time, offer to be a tour guide or translator for English speaking tourists. You will be in a situation where English is needed and people will be so grateful for the help, they will help with the English. If you can complete this, the test will be easy.

Talk as much as possible to people who speak clearly and good English. Check to see if there is an organization in your area that have people who are willing to work with you to help improve your skills, such as churches, schools, and libraries to name a few.

Hi. This is the same problem i have . but i am studying hard every day in order to pass TOEFL test . This test required to be fluent in Speaking English . Therefore, i am listening to TV, Radio, all the time and there are a lot of web site you can find these sites by making research on the web . After listening to the each sentence plz try to repeat it immediatly in order to make it stick in your mind . so, you can remember it easily . Good Luck !
By the way , DON'T try to speak your own language . Please.
