oh man that is a to open question LOL
but I know your serious buy a small ball that is kinda hard but can give some - a challenge to squeeze and just try to smash it in your hand useing the muscles in your hand and wrist your wrist will get tired and irritated at times so watch out if that happen let off if that happen for a bit
as angiedj said you could try that too I did and not only that I can clean lift 500 pounds with my tally whacker LOL

Take a weight bar about 10 kilo then roll the bar up and down ur palms sitting on a chair with ur arms between ur legs this will buid up muscle in your forearms and wrists

weight train, go to a gym and tell them what you want to do.
sit ups, hyper extensions,bar bell twists,side bends
