Give her a foot rub, cook her dinner, wash the dishes, find out her taste in art and get her a FRAMED print of something she enjoys ( she will think of you whenever she sees it ) a day at the spa all sorts of little things i.e make sure her vehicle is maintaned, oil changes, brake checks, coolant changes, tire pressure and condition. Buy her cd's that you know she will enjoy. Find out what her interests are and find one or two you can share in with her, not all her interests that would get to be crowded people need some time to be themselves. Mostly try to listen to her.

Seriously.
I read an article that said that not-as-positive responses to romantic gifts, etc. could possibly be a sign of cheating. Of course, I don't know you're exact situation, and I could be completely off... but when I read your question that's the first thing that came to mind since I read the article just yesterday........
