MANCHESTER UNITED AND LIVERPOOL HAVE WON IT MORE TIMES THAN THE OTHERS... Chelsea won it the last two years due to the input of money from the rich Russians...however before that they were a middle of the table team...Manchester United are still the only team to win the serious treble...(meaning premier, FA cup and champions league all in the same year!!!!!)
OK, for all the peeps who have no clue.... here is the history of those teams before chelsea was bought by russian mafia..lol

and then we are movin on to the russian owned years....... so chelsea start performing better..... but..like i said (and im a football coach) they were a MID table team before ........

Man UTD, Arsenal and Chelsea. And that sharky guy was wrong Liverpool have nener won the premier league.
Yes, They have won the league many times but it was made the Premiership in the early 90's after which they have never won.

I think that if Liverpool are spending they could step up to the plate. Chelsea are a spent force (who the hell would want the job if loosing the Champions league final because of a player slipping in a penalty shoot out, or loosing the league by 3 points when you weren't even in charge for the whole season, is enough to get you fired!) If Arsene gets his troops in order they too could challenge - but I think ManU will see a few big names leave during the summer (the Yanks will see the $ signs and Ronaldo will be gone) [Edit] - oh forgot to say that of course, my beloved Newcastle United are going to win everything this year, so you might as well not bother...

Arsenal - 3 times -1998, 2002, 2004
Chelski -2 times- 2005, 2006

Chelsea and Sharky's answer is incorrect, Chelsea won't a middle of the table side before they won it, the previous few season they finished 3rd and 4th hardly middle of the table
