Definately get her into AA and get her a sponsor. Also, most hospitals and clinics have therapists that she can see. I'm sure this won't be easy to do unless she admits that she has a problem. If you have to, go to AA meetings yourself and talk to someone there and I'm sure they can give you a lot of good local information. Good luck and God Bless!

Get her to a step meeting. Increase her spirituality. Have her take Milk Thistle to prevent damage to her liver. Even high quanities of it is safe, better to build up the doses from smaller doses.
A good quality - sufficient nutrient amt - multi vitamin wouldn't hurt either.

maybe try and get her to do sports....or try new things around the house...gardening,re-decorating.etc. Get her mind off of it. Sit down and have a really good talk....take all of the alcohol out of the house if there is any.

go to alanon, get some recovering alcoholics to do an intervention and get her to a treatment center or start going to meeting of AA
