Its mainly due to a high starch diet and meat intake.
engage in fasting for a week: juice fasts or lemon/stevia/cayenne/water are usually good to flush out anything that is flooding your system. This is usually step one.
Reintroduce juice/fruits, then vegetables into your diet.
Become a vegetarian, and supplement with B-12 and vitamin C - despite claims, you really can't get enough of it. Eat healthy oils:
* Organic Olive Oil - most other oils on shelf are carcinogenic and rancid. Don't heat this oil.
* Flax Oil - One tablespoon in morning, and one in the afternoon. You will lose weight.
* Coconut Oil - This is the only oil you should be cooking with (though it has a tendency to burn) and has many health benefits
Oh of course, and get plenty of excersize: walk, run, play tennis, etc.

Ive tried every cream going. Some help reduce the apperance of cellulit but i dont think anything really gets rid of it. Do dry body rub with a loofah and drink lots of water and walk everywhere that may help and its a lot cheaper. Good luck!!!

try doing a detox once a month...i try to just eat grapes all day and drink 2 litres of water...seems to flush system out and really energises you.

I dont believe there is, everyone has cellilute, old, young, big or slim. It just one of those things!!
