Stupidity can be extremely painful. It can even kill. Check this out:

Stupidity itself isn't painfull but the situations that stupidity can lead to can be very painful. For example, someone I know was stupid and got busted for drunk driving. This after all the warnings and being busted before. Now he has the pain of court costs, suspended license and facing his family and possible jail time.

To be stupid means NOT using your brain.
If you don't use it, is not hurting (no head aches)...is like an engine not functioning.
