First, God is 'ever present', therefore the concept of 'later' is meaningless in his terms. It is only us who can't 'think outside the box' of time.

Second, breaking a stone does not destroy it. The energy involved in its creation still exists but in a different form.

To posit that a stone can be created and can or cannot be broken later is an entirely human concept, so really your question asks "Is God human-like?" and the answer is No.

God can do whatever he wants to do...
The most knowledgeable being in existence. But even more important he knows how to apply the knowledge which is wisdom.
So as wise as God is why would he create this unbreakable stone only to try to break it later? Sorry I answered your question with a question but it was better than "You think god created stone?"

God can do anything He chooses, so if he chooses to create a stone that cannot be broken later, he CAN.

Any thing that is composed is bound to get decomposed and disintegrated. This is the law of nature and the author is the invisible force called God. So he has not created any such stone in violation of His laws.

If he wants to. There are plenty of examples in the scriptures of various religions of God deliberately limiting himself (or herself).
